And her ties to the supernatural world are very abnormal and offputting. Y/n can feel people's souls and energies. She can read people eerily well just through quick eye contact. It is how Y/n gets along with many. Especially as a bartender. She can understand what and why people are the way they are. Her empathy is both a blessing and a curse. Many humans feel drawn to her because of her intense aura. On the flip side of things, she can feel, hear, communicate, and see things that are beyond human comprehension. Although, yes. Y/n knows this. She isn't as oblivious as she acts. In all honesty, Y/n would rather omit that part of her life because to her. If she admits the truth, that will make it real. Too real.
But what happens when an old childhood memory who Y/n thought was a single figment of her vast imagination. Known as the operator, puts a target on her? Y/n has always felt him watching ever since her first "encounter."
And sadly, she was right. He was watching. He always watches...
Like always though, Y/N continued to act as if it were nothing. Just like with everything else wrong in her life. Only because for her, it's easier to run away from issues surrounding the unknown, than it is to face the scarce reality of truth.
But people can't fix problems by ignoring them. Maybe pretending as if her problems weren't real wasn't as smart of a choice as she thought. Oh well.
