Y/n has amazing powers, but they come with a hefty price. She has never liked the downside to her abilities, but after meeting Loki, she tries even harder to conceal her disadvantage. When trouble strikes and she uses up the majority of her magic, she has no choice but to ask for help from the one person she was trying to hide her weakness from.
I wrote this short story years ago because of a request by Hazelstripe on Quotev, and I've decided to post it here on Wattpad.

Unbreakable Bonds
You were hidden from the world for a long time, there are only 2 people on Midgard who know who you truly are. One is Nick Fury and the other is... well, missing. Making connections is a talent of yours, you seem to become fast friends with a certain emerald eyed god ~ everyone loves a little 'mischief' in their life, don't they? * 'I' in the story means you. I took his hands in mine frantically, causing his eyes to meet mine. "Then hand over the Tesseract and come home, Loki. Please." "I can't." He pulled away. "If I'm not allowed rule on Asgard, then I'll rule here." My eyebrows knitted together in desperation. "Loki, pleas-" My plea was cut shot as a burst of energy and the distinctive clang of metal on metal pushed me over into the god of mischief. We stumbled backwards until I laid on his chest and he grunted from the sudden impact. "Thor." I cursed under my breath. "Sorry..." I began lifting myself off of his body. I narrowed my gaze and quickly stood to rush into Thor's aid, ignoring his dejected expression. I was about to leap off the cliff side when I heard four words that had me frozen in my place unlike anything my powers could do. "I still love you." ___________________________________________ (Y/N) Ísveig thought she'd made peace with Loki's death. She couldn't bring herself to forgive him for everything he had done, obviously, but she was finally beginning to live the life she always wanted.
