"Shut up before I actually make you," you barked, pushing his chest with some force, though he barely flinched.
He looked down at you, eyes low and dark, a slow smirk playing on his lips. "You're not gonna do that, are you?"
"Do what?" you snapped, narrowing your eyes and tilting your head, already dizzy from the alcohol, his gaze heavy enough to make you swallow hard.
Without a word, he stepped closer and pinned you against the wall, barely touching you, but the weight of him pressed in all the same.
"Making me shut up," he whispered, his breath warm against your skin. "How do you imagine that? You're too much of a wimp to fight me."
He mimicked your head tilt perfectly, mocking you, and you couldn't help but gulp.
