In the isolated country of Pracalarid, four cities once cowered under the rule of the Great Tyrant. Though three Paragons of Ardor, Order, and Justice rose to seal him away, the fourth city remained without a champion, leaving the Tyrant's imprisonment incomplete and temporary. Each year, the ritual must be repeated. Without this final pillar, the seal could not last. Year after year, the Paragons are forced to renew the binding. Worn by time and burden, the Pracalaridian demigods begin to waver.
Into this fragile peace returns Lysis, a young woman born far from her ancestral home. As the Paragons falter and the seal weakens, she must confront ancient secrets, find a missing savior, and face a growing threat. The Tyrant must not be allowed to rise again.
