In a retelling of Charles Dicken's A Christmas Carol, Daffy Duck takes the role of Ebenezer Scrooge, a miserable miser in charge of money lending business: Marley & Duck, following the untimely death of his business partner: Jacob Marley.

Daffy used to be in a secret relationship with his best friend: Bugs Bunny, however fate would cause them to split apart, and Daffy became a depressed and bitter duck who everyone hates and or fears. He and Bugs haven't seen each other in over twenty years. Daffy's only company is Bob Cratchit stand-in: Porky Pig who knew Daffy when he was still nice and believes he'll become a good person again some day.

Daffy is visited by multiple ghosts and he tries to figure out where his life went wrong and discover the true meaning of Christmas. Will Daffy be able to see the light and make amends with Bugs? Or is it too little, too late?

Because it is Christmas I felt like doing a short story for the season, that and I've only just watched Netflix's version of a Christmas Carol where they have made Scrooge handsome? Like I was ment to hate this man back in GCSE English and now your making him hot? Anyway just a heads up I didn't want to leave too much out but did leave out a couple of songs here and there. Alright onto the story. Scrooge has always been known to be cold and heartless but none know how he became like that. Not even his wife. Oh did we forget to mention that. Yes Scrooge is married to none other than his business partners daughter. Marly died seven years ago and in his will a request that his daughter marry none other than Scrooge? Simply put it would strengthen Scrooges claim to the business and secure that his daughter lives a comfortable life without her father. She went along with it as it allowed her security and stability in life only meeting her soon to be husband the day of the wedding not knowing what her father had placed upon her shoulders. After seven years of marriage you'd think she'd get through to him but no. He hasn't changed and it seems he never will. But maybe just maybe this Christmas things will change. (Y/N) is 33and Ebenezer is 42. Just a heads up as the avatar age for a woman to be married would have been between 20 and 22 but for the men it didn't really matter. Gross ik, but that's what it was like. I've just made them a bit younger so it's less blegh, when they married she would have been 26 and he would have been 35. I do not own the characters or original story by Charles Dickins, nor the Netflix film just the readers perspective and the ghost I've created for this fan fiction story.

This is a sequel to one of the endings of my "Love without Limitations" (Alternative Ending #1 Hidden Memory). So, if you have not read it yet, I would suggest checking it out first before reading this one. This story will involve a what-if world where both Bugs and Daffy had lost their memories upon entering the 24 and 1/2 century to which at the time, Duck Dodgers never knew he was Daffy Duck nor Hareway (Code #404) was aware that he was Bugs Bunny. Even though they are stuck in two separate planets. Two separate worlds. They were both somehow survivors of the NGP (next generation project), a program that was supposed to help the future become a better world. That is, until the founders of the program got to be very greedy and ended up reaping the benefits from all of the perfect participants while discarding the broken or the ill survivors off to another planet. It wasn't until the sudden ending of the universe that brought both planets at risk to fight for survival on the last planet known alive and safe for all species, Saturn.
