Iris Flora is an aspiring author who owns her own coffee shop and bookstore, her daily routine consists of making coffee and fantasizing about the day that her first book will be released. Lucian Bailey works as an editor for Ink & Quill Publishing Co, a major publishing business, and he recently lost access to the only copy of the book that his company has been eagerly awaiting. Lucian recruits Iris's help with the promise that he will bring her manuscript to his boss. While searching, they discover a deep friendship and realize that the most memorable stories are often those that you live spontaneously rather than those that are published on paper.
