I enjoy using f2u bases (with credit given to the original artists) and creating unique characters for other users to use for their stories or whatever they desire to use them for. I mainly use warrior cat and wings of fire bases due to those being the fandoms that I'm more so interested in and familiar with, but I do occasionally go outside the box and create other creatures for users.
To adopt an adoptable, all that is required is for you, the user, to fill out a form for the adoptable that you desire. The forms vary depending on how detailed or how long it took me to work on a piece, but they are basic and simple forms to fill out since it's all about the creature that you are wanting as an oc.
