So many people think that Faeries are bedtime stories. But shy, sensitive, book-obsessed daydreamer Lisa Corothy is about to prove them wrong.
Lisa and her sisters attend a homeschool co-op, and right at the beginning of the semester, her sister plants a terrible idea in her head that she needs a boyfriend. Almost instantly, a strange yet dashing British rogue boy shows up at co-op. And he is soon proven to be abnormal.
Lisa's life comes crashing down when she finds herself caught in the middle of an ancient war among Faeries, and she is being stalked by one of them. Specifically a deadly one. Known only as 'Beast.' Now both Lisa and the boy, Puck, are in danger and Puck promises to protect her for his own reasons. Could the reason be love? Will he even succeed?
