Serena Weems is a bit of an enigma at Nevermore. Ever since she broke her right leg in a soccer game sophomore year, she's barely been around. Rarely ever going to class, and yet seems to be acing them as she passes each year and continues to be put in honors classes. Because of that, people have written her off as a "privileged white girl who gets special treatment thanks to her mommy being the principal". Nothing's ever been done or said to counter that and so everyone believes it. Though there's been some crazy rumors spread about her as well. No one knows the truth of the situation, the depth that lies beneath the surface. So when Wednesday gets paired with Serena for her senior year art project, she's less than happy. Enid fills her in on who even this girl is, having never seen or heard of her before. But once she knows the gossip, she's intrigued. Also a bit upset about the apparent favoritism, but mostly intrigued. Because she knows there must be something more going on. And if there's one thing Wednesday loves, it's a mystery. She's determined to discover the true nature of Serena Weems. So what happens when she does? What happens when Wednesday learns the truth behind the rumors? It's a bit more than what she bargained for, but she knows one thing. She'll stick by Serena Now & Forever. Post season 1, no mentions of season 2 since it's only half out and I haven't seen any of it Obviously Weems is alive because I said so
