Russia, the host of the party, happens to find out about a family secret of theirs. With secrets of his own, Russia comes to enjoy the new dynamic he asserts himself in. However, Finland finds their shared history difficult to look past and is therefore hesitant to get into a relationship with the Russian. He is an angelic, a being created from this tyrant. Others of his kind have already succumbed to its Will, and it seems he is the only one left. With the help of Russia he discovers that not everything you hear is truth, and that love is stronger than most believe it to be. Why, in the name of all that was holy, did Britain not accept? In any case, the prosperity of Britannia was Prince America's sole livelihood. He would do anything to make sure that, even if the marriage doesn't work out, Britannia and Muscovite will have peace. He thought that seducing Russia, the tsesarevich of Muscovite and his sister's maybe-betrothed would be the key to controlling future Britannia-Muscovite relations and thus ensuring peace. Maybe that would have worked if Russia was the only one who got tangled in America's traps. But when the puppet master ends up ensnared in his own strings, the carefully choreographed show completely spirals, becoming absolutely impossible to control.
