The Boy Who Could(n't)

A war is raging between Lyconia and Kirovka. Owen Prescott, a young, fourteen year old boy. Caught amidst the chaos that the adults around him have created. He's figuring out how to live on his own after his entire family was killed during the war. When the chaos is at its peak, and the world felt like it could crumble any minute. Owen found a friend who shared the same socio-economic ideologies as him. Elias.

They both share the same fear: That they'll have to bare the consequences of the actions that they didn't commit. Unfortunately, for our little activists, they can't do much, as they're only high-schoolers. They don't have money, they don't have food, they don't have water, and they don't have shelter. They're seeking refuge from the war in a land that both of them don't belong to.

The land they're taking refuge in is called Woscom; led by the dictator Reltih Nilats, who doesn't want them. He's been shoving this ideology that the refugees are incests, leeching off on their crops and resources.

Owen and Elias have to learn how to live in this land. Learning how to live with all the harassment and discrimination that they face.

Little do they know, both of them belong to different sides of the battlefield.
