My poems come from my life experiences, so some of them may be triggering and may contain themes of suicidal ideation, SA, self harm, and more. If you get triggered by any of those topics, I suggest you don't read my poetry. What my poems are about; The Irony- My story of being sexually abused by a friend for 4 years. Scars- My trauma and self destructive behaviors. The Lies They Feed Me- Struggles with religion and people forcing Christianity on me. Remaining Memories-Remembering the scars of my past. The Color Gray- Being stuck in an endless loop of depression. Comfort- Finding comfort in suicide and depression. I Never Want To Feel That Way Again- Suicide attempts and wanting to stop feeling suicidal. I Know How It Feels- I understand feeling invalidated and not being trusted. Episodes- Having constant depressive episodes. I Wanted Love- Wanting to be loved and cared for.
