Growing up in a rundown town on the outskirts of a corpo-controlled metropolis called Night City, Jax learned how to read people, charm them, and talk his way out of a fight. Music was his escape - raw, loud, and honest. As the lead singer and rhythm guitarist of a up-and-coming band, he was on the verge of something big. But behind the neon, the electric lights, and screaming crowds, things were falling apart. A volatile relationship with the bands bassist - his girlfriend - spiraled into something toxic, dragging their lives through the dirt, with problems visible on and off the stage, drugs and alcohol followed. The fame burned too fast as it quickly lit. And Jax, well he walked away before it killed him.

Two years in rehab gave him sobriety - but not peace. Now working corporate security alongside his estranged father, Jax is trying to keep his head down in a city that never sleeps and never forgives. But still the music calls. And Jax Maddox isn't done yet.

He's got scars, ambition, and a heart he still hasn't learned how to protect. In a world wired with corruption, chrome, and chaos, he's ready to find his voice again - whether Night City wants to hear it or not.
