'Blair Polk is 25 years old, and becoming the legal guardian of his reckless, headstrong 14-year-old sister, Ava, wasn't exactly part of his life plan. Ava's in 8th grade, but Blair can't afford to keep her in traditional school, so he homeschools her instead - not that she's the best at listening. The Polk siblings didn't have the happiest childhood. Their parents were neglectful, quick to yell over small things, and stingy with care - serving the kids leftovers while making fresh meals for themselves. Money wasn't exactly a problem, but love and attention were. After a tragic express train accident left their parents "six feet under," Blair and Ava were left to fend for themselves. Blair does his best to provide, but his protective streak has only grown. Ava's a chatterbox who tends to overshare, and Blair doesn't trust anyone else to be around her.'

*********************** "You're the city kid who's parents kicked the buck- fuck. I mean shit. I mean hi." He stammers. The entire family stares at Jack in pure horror. I burst into laugher, still to their horror. "Good one." I chuckle. Jack raises his sharp eyebrows. "You're fucked up, City Boy." He says. "Kieran." I say. "Bless you." He responds quickly. "No that's my name. Kieran." I elaborate. "Like the coffee maker?" He asks. "What? No, not Kierig, Kieran." I repeat. "Key ring." Jack says. I sigh. "I'm bein' serious as all outdoors, I can't say it." Jack says. "Maybe because you talk like a weed whacker." I say. Jack looks taken back by my comment. "You're funny. I like you...Kerin?" Jack says. "Keep trying." I say. "Jack, why don't you help Kieran settle into his room?" Roger suggests putting so much emphasis on my name, I almost forget how to say it. "You mean my room? Sure thing, Father." Jack huffs. Wait... I have to share a room with that thing? He looks like he bites. "Don't worry, Kieran. He don't bite." Roger assures me. Did I say that aloud or has Jack bitten in the past? **************************** Kieran's life is in shambles. His parents suddenly die in a car accident and he is sent to his father's next of kin, Roger all the way in Georgia. He doesn't know Roger, He doesn't like Georgia, and worse - they live on farm and Roger has 7 kids. 44 parts Complete Mature
(Book 5) *Complete* Wren grew up on the west coast, in a wealthy neighbourhood of Portland Oregon, she was not shy of attention, growing up with the famous Teddy Nomikos as one of her moms. She is fresh out of high school, leaving home for the first time, and leaving the hormonal house behind, two teenage sisters Olympia, 16, Josephine, 14, and a little brother, Bastion "Bash", 6 Teddy and Harper would cry when they dropped her off but Wren was literally up the road, at the university of Oregon, her adult life just beginning. College to Wren = Party, Girls, Party, Girls, with a side of majoring in psychology and soccer. Wren was all about that college party life, until someone a little older catches her eye, someone who she shouldn't try it with, but she couldn't help herself, she had confidence for days... and this young teacher, oof, she did something to her, what a surprise to find her at a gay club on a Friday night in the city... and to find she had no idea who she was?! What could possibly go wrong there. Millie Dawson was a young teacher, Twenty three years old, newly graduated with a masters degree and teaching her first year at the community college, whilst simultaneously assisting her mother Moira at the university in her speciality, psychology. Millie crammed so much into her learning and work life that she didn't much notice anyone around her, certainly not the beautiful girl sat in her mothers class, who she would have recognised as a student had she ever looked up long enough, and she could have then avoided the moment she stepped over the line and became inappropriate with a student. Wren was impossible, impossibly cute, driven, confident, funny, gorgeous and intent on making Millie fall for her, no matter how she tried to avoid it. Then there was Ava, Wrens ex from high school...who hadn't been able to quit thinking about her. *I DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR THIS BOOK TO BE COPIED, OR ADAPTED ON THIS PLATFORM OR ANY OTHER*
