This story follows Baizhu and Zhongli over the four seasons of one year within their domestic relationship. They reside in a small house, over an hours walk to the closest village. Though they have each other and for a long time that seems to be enough. As spring bleeds into summer things are deeply wrong and their calm domestic life seems to wither rapidly as Baizhu's health declines.

This is taking place in the Ming dynasty, Zhongli isn't a god and Baizhu isn't an apothecary. Zhongli is a mystical being that can transform between the form of a man and the form of a lizard and Baizhu is a tea farmer. This is just my extremely niche Vocaloid Genshin Impact cross over fic.

My Idol (Xingyun)
Xingqiu is an idol. He loves singing and dancing, loving making people happy with his music. He likes reading and sometimes practices martial arts. Oh, he's also openly gay. Chongyun lives in a very sheltered household. His parents have his whole life planned out for him and he finds it hard to express his feelings to others.
