On one New Year's Eve, the moment the International Date Line welcomed the new year first, the change occurred. Communications between nations were severed, climates shifted, and unknown lands emerged. Eventually, as each country gathered information and realized they had somehow been transported to another world, their reactions varied.

America: "FUCK YEAH! Frontier time, baby!"
Russia: "FUCK YEAH! It's warmer now, and the vodka tastes even better!"
China: "FUCK YEAH! Not sure what's going on, but there's a ton of stuff that looks edible!"
Japan: "Must go to work."

...Or so one might expect, but in reality, each country moved forward with its own agenda, heading straight toward a clash of civilizations.

- READ THIS BEFORE CHECKING THE STORY - Since the vote concluded with Golden Gates receiving a complete rewrite and revamp, me and @Fireballsoup have big plans for the story. The team feels the concept is too bland and too similar to the original GATE, making it feel like a reread. It lacks a unique hook that makes it compelling for us to continue working on. doing a full rewrite, keeping the same characters but reworking the plot into a entirely different direction, possibly changing the setting (near or far future, etc.) to make it stand out. --- The fall of Afghanistan and the situation within the pacific has the United States begun to loosen its grip on the coalitions they once established. Off-duty major James Lillian walked in the streets of San Francisco as he and his dog walked around, the city he lives in, watching the Golden Gate Bridge, The beginning of seeing the new world soon would be open at his very eyes and the day that America would join upon to a new war. This work of fanfiction is inspired by "GATE: Thus The JSDF Fought There" using ideas from many other science fiction stories, fanfictions and movies as well as games. After conquering the Citadel, he used it to defeat the Devourer, a feldrok whose mana absorption ability went haywire and turned it into a titanic, world-devouring monster. During these feats, he met and befriended many strange and powerful beings, far stronger than he is in magic, but who come together for the shared goal of a better future on the war-split world of Zenkon. All has not been as it seems, however, as Daniel and his companions have founded the Fievegal as their own fledgling Empire, only to meet resistance from seemingly all sides as they try to establish themselves as a stronghold of neutrality. Now, the Fievegal must continue to uncover their enemies and defeat monsters that threaten their fledgling Empire while protecting what they hold dear. ~A/N: This is the second part of my mainline story "Trapped In Another World With No Magic", starting from Chapter 186. If you are new to my series, I do encourage you to start the story from the beginning. I didn't expect there to be a limit on chapters, so I didn't plan around splitting the stories in a sensible way for the story to be picked up in the middle as it is now.
