Prologue In Rise of Kingdoms, there are two kinds of players: The whales, who pour real money into the game until their cities gleam with maxed-out troops and gold-covered floors. And the F2P players, who survive by grinding, outsmarting, and avoiding the whales' crushing power. Equalis is an F2P player. But he refuses to be just another free-to-play survivor. In a Seed D kingdom, F2P players can thrive - resources are plenty, competition is fair, and skill can matter more than money. But Seed A? Seed A is the whales' playground - a place where F2P dreams get trampled under the hooves of T5 cavalry. Most F2P players adapt by hiding, running, or joining a whale's alliance for scraps. Equalis chooses a different path. If he can't match their wallets, he'll break their rules. His plan is simple - at least on paper: Turn the game's mindless NPCs into thinking, loyal soldiers. Build an army that can't be bought. Level the playing field without spending a dime. In a world where power is measured in money, Equalis is about to prove that cunning, patience, and a little code can rewrite the game. And it all begins with a barbarian named Calvin.

"It was almost impressive, how he managed to swipe everything away from me and so many others," I sigh as I sent a glance to the grass waving. "Like stealing candy from a baby they'd say, yes?" He asked, curiosity in his young voice, "why didn't you try to stop him? Why didn't you try to stop any of them?" "Well simply, I couldn't. I know you know what he's like, even dare step into his domain and you could say goodbye to everything you've known," I answered him, now staring at him with an awkward smile. Even though I had the one thing the tyrant must have been furious about losing sitting there in my lap, none of us could simply walk up to him, defeat him, and call it a day. No, it would take so much more than that, and I wasn't sure if I wanted to go through hell yet again. Even the slightest thought of losing even one of them was enough to send me into a fit. Yet if we did try, we'd have to pray to our lucky stars weeks before trying, and even then, it would be no use. "you're telling me, but you know what," he began as he stood up, "it doesn't mean we're hopeless. We're all so different, yet we all have one wish, one desire, one goal if you thought of it." "As you always say; do it or die trying." __________________________________________________________________________________ IMPORTANT: This story is written with a first-person POV, HOWEVER, since it has more than one main character it can/will change character POV. To (hopefully) make this easier (This will get added onto once more characters are introduced): ^~[^*^]~^ = Elena ~{~*~}~ = Hannah -~[/v\]~- = Ryan [The lore changed; this is no longer accurate to the current lore. Enjoy the start of my journey! I'll be creating a new story sometime soon-ish. Ty for being with me on this journey! <3]
