Maisie Stark has never known a life outside her father's protection.

In 2001, she was left on the doorstep of wealthy industrialist Tony Stark and the billionaire discovered that she was his own blood. In attempt to shield her from the dangerous life of a celebrity, he hid her entire existence from the public. The world never knew the name Maisie Stark, not even after her father took the title of Iron Man and formed the Avengers. That was, until she met Peter Parker. After fifteen long years of a life of seclusion, Maisie is called to join her father's side of a fight against Steve Rogers, and in doing so, she is finally introduced to someone her age. Maisie and Peter bond during their time in Germany, but are seperated after the fight is over. Or so they thought. Maisie's father allows her to enroll undercover at Midtown High School of Science and Technology, intending her to keep an eye on Peter in case he is needed alongside the Avengers once again. Just excited to for once in her life feel like a regular person, Maisie agrees, and once she's settled in, she's completely satisfied. She juggles friends, school and an especially close friendship with Peter. But what happens when Avengers-level threats strike again? Will she be able to handle a normal life and one as a vigilante?
