A year after the death of a sixteen year olds father, Crystal Thomson moves to a small town in California that goes by the name of Beacon Hills to live with her Aunt, Jennifer Thomson. Moving from the large city of New York to a small town in California was a huge change for the teenager, however there was a part of her that preferred it.
High school wasn't a problem for the sixteen year old, based on her sarcastic and witty commentary she was bound to fit in well with someone. When she meets a sarcastic, pale, plaid wearing and blue jeep driving teenage boy, she comes to find that trusting people might not be the worst thing she could do. However, every action has an equal and opposite reaction, right?
Stiles Stilinski; A teenage boy whom had been damaged by the death of his mother at a very young age. The boy who had been infatuated with the 'girl of his dreams' every since the third grade, who happens to be Crystal's newly-found best friend. Lydia Martin.
Scott McCall; Best friend of Stiles Stilinski. When the McCall boy begins to act strange, Crystal's curious mind opens up a whole new world to her, that she thought only existed in twilight fan-fiction and The Vampire Diaries.
An encounter with a vicious inhuman being sets off warning bells that maybe Beacon Hills has a more morbid history than it lets on, and with Stiles and Scott in the middle of every single incident, it only leaves Crystal with more questions than answers.
