While I Wait

A love story I wrote about one of my best friend Noorjot. While I wait is a story I'm currently writing because im bored and literally cupid.

Noorjot "Noor" Gill is a shy, thoughtful third-year biomedical student at Guelph University, navigating the routine of classes, study sessions, and quiet mornings at her favorite café. Her mornings are simple-venti chai latte in hand, daydreaming about a love she's never experienced, watching couples who seem to have it all. She has always doubted herself, believing that someone like her could never compete with the effortlessly popular and pretty girls around her.

Then he appears: a tall, dark-haired, tattooed stranger on a matte black motorcycle, with piercing eyes and a presence that commands attention. Their first encounter is brief but unforgettable-a stolen sip of her chai latte sparks a collision of curiosity, tension, and unspoken attraction.

From his perspective, he's instantly captivated. Noor is everything he didn't know he was searching for-sweet, subtle, effortless, yet entirely consuming. Her chocolate brown eyes, caramel-streaked hair, and quiet confidence lodge in his mind, and he finds himself unable to let her go. One chance encounter leads to stolen glances, teasing nicknames, and a daring motorcycle ride through the morning streets.
