Paul Wiedmaier inspires teamwork through leadership

Paul Wiedmaier is a dedicated Project Engineer with four years of experience in managing civil and renewable energy construction projects exceeding $90 million in value. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, and holds an OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification. His work focuses on coordinating multidisciplinary teams, overseeing schedules, and ensuring that safety, quality, and compliance standards are met throughout every phase of a project.

For the past three years, Paul has worked with Weiss Construction/Weiss Renewables in St. Louis, Missouri. As an Assistant Project Manager, he manages RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications, conducts site visits to verify progress, and addresses field challenges. He also coordinates engineering, procurement, and construction activities, calculates quantities for bulk materials to support procurement planning, and tracks subcontractor invoices, change orders, and purchase orders to ensure compliance with contract terms.
