Hunched over her loom, with the threads glistening in iridescent hues, was Eirene (a dream weaver, endowed with the ability to change genres within her stories); (a woman of pure imagination, her essence weaved from stardust and murmured wishes). With flashing crimson for horror, sapphire for romance, and emerald for fantasy, each strand symbolized a distinct genre. Pythos, a storyteller who is troubled by the monotonous predictability of his own tales, paced restlessly behind her. Pythos is a soul who longs for the wild wilderness of unexplored narratives. Once lively, his stories had become stale due to their repetitive plots and worn-out clichés. He missed the genre-bending flexibility and anarchic genius of Eirene, which she had with such ease.

IMPORTANT: This manuscript is a rough draft - widely unedited. There may be grammar, spelling, and pacing issues. I've been working on this story since 2023 in my original manuscript and hope to one day publish the final, extended version. I could see him grinning out of the corner of my eye. He was enjoying this far too much. "Just do not ever scare me like that again, Jasper," I fussed. He winced as I moved the cloth across his ribs. "Or what?" he toyed. I stopped and glared at him, stammering, trying to think of something clever. "I-I'll... I don't know, but I'll think of something." Before I knew it, Jasper had his arm around my waist and pulled me into the tub with a splash. "Jasper," I gasped. In a world where humans and orcs have been at war for centuries, 22-year-old Lady Brenna of Blackwater Hold is sent to the Northern Orruk Horde - an unheard-of act. Her father, King Corvus, pledged her to the chief, Jasper Bloodborne, to save his own life. Were these orcs the beasts her father taught her to fear? She soon learns how wrong she was - and that her time in the Northern Orruk Mountains will change everything she thought she knew about loyalty, courage, and desire. ⚠️ Content Warning: This story contains sexual content, mentions of SA, miscarriage, abortion, violence, and gore. "Skylar. My love. A stranger. I look at her as she halts in her step, her hazel-doe eyes not looking for mine as I hoped they would. The breeze blows her scent towards me, one I have not smelt for days. I inhale deeply; cinnamon, jasmine, apple, and Sky's unique scent assaulting my senses. My eyes close and my fists clench, my Lycan forcing me forward. Damn, I missed her. That feeling was driving my Lycan and me insane. Literally." Join Skylar and Dmitri on the next part of their journey. Will the puppet master playing with their fates finally be revealed, and will the love they shared be strong enough to endure? This is not a stand-alone book and is the second book in the Bound series. Find book one on my profile or here https://www.wattpad.com/story/319146768-bound. Bound is not your typical shifter romance and contains more mature characters with a focus on the relationship and character development. This book contains some curse words and explicit sexual scenes as Skylar explores her sexuality. This book is for a mature audience. ©2022 Eloise Benjamin / greenwitchwrites. All rights reserved. I Can See Their Death

16 parts Complete

In the depths of her childhood, at the tender age of 7, an unsettling gift awakened within her - the power to glimpse the impending demise of others. Ghosts and ethereal apparitions became her companions, while the looming specter of death itself held an unyielding presence in her life. Anleane possessed an eerie talent; her visions never faltered, always revealing the cruel inevitability of mortality. Even those closest to her weren't spared. Hauntingly, she foresaw her own mother's fate, the grim prophecy manifesting just days before its fulfillment. A chilling truth gripped Anleane's reality: those she glimpsed in her visions were bound to the realm beyond. There was no escape from the dance of death that she alone witnessed. And then, the inexplicable occurred - her own figure materialized within the confines of her ominous predictions. Confronted with the realization of her impending doom, Anleane's fight for survival intensified, a desperate attempt to defy the very destiny she once foretold. Amidst the relentless shadows of her cursed ability, Anleane grapples with a question that consumes her every thought: Can she, against all odds, outwit the clutches of the inescapable, or will she become yet another victim to the merciless hands of fate?
