The multiverse is vast-an endless weave of realities, each threading its own stories, victories, and tragedies. In most worlds, they never met. Their lives, their wars, their scars, the emptiness of darkness and the endlessness of light, unknown to one another. In one, he was swallowed by shadows, moulded by death. In another, he was taken by the universe itself, remade in its image.
Rell Scaure, son of darkness, had his earliest memories painted in blood-his parents dead before his eyes, the world swallowed by shadows. Under the moon, he was king-a phantom, a name traded with fear.

It felt like a pit, and I was diving in, that turned into this fall like I couldn't control it.
