The sound of his voice started as a whisper in the dark, something I told myself I imagined. But whispers turn into words, and words into threats.
No one else hears him.
They say I'm tired.
They say I'm stressed.
They don't see the way his eyes follow me, or how his tail twitches when I'm not looking.
Milo is planning something. I just have to prove it-before it's too late.
