For sixteen year old twins Rick and Rachel Sanderson, rules and boundaries mean nothing. Some would blame their outrageous behaviour on their lack of a father figure, others on their single mother, but most would just say that these twins are just down right out of control. One night during one of Rick and Rachel’s raging house parties, things get a little out of hand when they take their mom’s car out for a joy ride. Mortified at the sight of her car which is now nothing but a pile of burnt twisted metal, and sick of the lack of discipline, their mother reports the twins to the police. Escaping jail time, Rick and Rachel are sentenced two years in a reform school. Will being in a reform school make them change their ways or will being with kids like them only make the twins worse?
