After A great Accident known as the "Great Fall" that cause the 7th layers wall of Heavens city. It was overwhelmed by humanities greatest enemy and the layer was abandoned. As a terrorist group known as the "Black Eyes" take credit of it and start a long civil war within the city. One young man named Adam Kisaragi a survivor that was saved by Jen Kisaragi and teaches him what it means to be a Valkyrie. As throughout his adventures he teams up with two other liked minded individuals. Neva White a young prodigy within heavens city who seeks to be a Valkyrie for her fathers attention. And Jason Orpheus a young man who is filled with vengeance and seeks to destroy the black eyes. They all seek to be a Valkyrie for their own reasons will they achieve their own goals or lose themselves to the very thing they hate.
