Faint whispers calling her name from inside the vents.
And the smell of damp wood and decay... the same smell from the Marlowe House basement.
When she learns that the house has been sold to a young family, Leah is torn - warn them and risk being called insane, or stay away and let history repeat itself. But the more she tries to ignore it, the more the haunting intensifies... and the more she realises the Marlowe House was never just a building.

Jocelyn Green just turned seventeen and moved back to her hometown, a small complex by Alexandria, MN. She loves the smell of the lake and windy fresh air. The man who hides; one night reveals himself and for some reason, she doesn't scream, doesn't attack him or try to run away. She just sits in bed in fear of who he is, and what he is. She finds out that he's from a race of Chaos made by the Angel Raziel, and that she is also one with two different powers but Chaos are only born with one, everyone thinks she's the new generation on Chaos. But when the enemy, the Foreshadowed somehow get their hands on her, her family secrets crawl out and reveal a power she has no idea existed. The man tells her his name finally but he also reveals a dark horrible secret from his past which traumatized him for years, then she feels like she's actually falling in love with him. He knows everything about her, the reason she became human, the two powers she could have, the truth of how her father died. He begins to protect her life with his own. zombie apocalypse | the fallen (book One) [REWRITING]
Firstly, A trigger warning for mental health/ self inflicted wounds when reading. you're only 18 years old. your name is zoe. you always had a love for the apocalypse but didn't think it would truly happen. and you slowly learn that nobody is who they say they are. Nobody is to be trusted. Things are gonna fall apart, and nobody can save us now. This book is being rewritten again and hopefully is better than the first and second time it was published. It's kind of cringe most of the way. Wrote it when i was like 13-14 years old or something and tried rewriting when I was about 16. Didn't work. Trying to rewrite it again at 20 but i don't think the first two books are saveable. Book three so far however is going well(i believe anyway). The second book has also been rewritten and will be rewritten again. now I'm working on finishing book three. All characters are mine but ellis is not I will be changing a lot of character names again in this rewriting process in all books, ellis being the biggest.Complete
