Transferring in the middle of the second year was never part of HONG HANEUL's plan, but life had a way of changing things unexpectedly. Leaving behind Seoul Dream Science High School, she steps into Shin Hwa High School, a place entirely different from what she's used to. New faces, new routines, and an unfamiliar sense of uncertainty await her.
Among the many eyes watching her arrival, one pair lingers a little longer-HAN TAESAN's. The top student of the science class and the ace of the basketball team, Taesan isn't the type to be distracted easily. But Haneul isn't just another new student to him. She's the girl he saw on a rainy day-the one who unknowingly left an impression that still lingers in his mind.
As fate brings them together, their paths intertwine in ways neither of them expected. From an accidental collision before a basketball match to a simple request to cheer for him, Taesan finds himself wanting to get closer to her. Meanwhile, Haneul, who has always kept her distance from others, slowly starts to open up-especially after befriending Yunah and Minju, two classmates who welcome her into their world.
But things are never that simple.
Enter Park Sungho-the class president, Taesan's academic rival, and someone who refuses to lose, whether in grades, basketball, or something else entirely. When he sets his sights on Haneul, Taesan is forced to confront feelings he never fully understood.
As class rivalries, unexpected friendships, and complicated emotions mix, HAN TAESAN and HONG HANEUL find themselves caught in something neither of them anticipated.
