"What better place to dream than in Paris?"

"So, have you ever been in love?"

"Yeah, once. Or so I thought."

Two years after that disastrous summer-the almost-wedding, the almost-confession, the almost of everything that mattered, Conrad Fisher was living a life that didn't feel entirely like his own. Paris should have been a fresh start, the city of light and love, but for Conrad, it was long nights in the hospital, endless rotations, and a heart still carrying ghosts from Cousins Beach.

The only silver lining in his life was his growing friendship with Mira Iyer, a fellow resident, who, with her deadpan humour, witty comebacks, and quiet understanding, made him want to laugh when he thought he'd forgotten how. Their friendship is steady, unassuming, and it stirs something in him: a flicker of possibility, a reminder that maybe he isn't as lost as he believes.

And yet, the question remains: when love has already broken you once, does it make you stupid or daring to open yourself up to it again?

7 parts Ongoing

After walking away from Belly and the mess at Cousins, Conrad Fisher swore he was done chasing what was never his. At Stanford, he gets a clean slate, new school, new city, new life. That's where he meets Juliet, an English lit transfer student with a sharp wit and a guarded heart. What starts with pinky links, late night talks, and shared pages soon turns into the kind of love Conrad never believed he deserved. But as their quiet life merges with old wounds, and the pull of Cousins resurface, they'll have to learn to let people in their bubble. Because sometimes, the real endgame is the one you never saw coming.
