Fushiguro Megumi is a completely normal college student with a completely normal college life. A loud ass obnoxious professor, a crippling coffee addiction and a third hand coffee machine that he and his roommate claims to be either sentient or possessed. Either way, it's rather normal.

The reason they had to buy that coffee machine was that Megumi's favourite cafè, also the only one in a five mile radius, had been closed down and sold with all the old staff fired. After six months of reconstruction, it opened again but the new owner had absolutely massacred the vintage bookshop aesthetic interior and turned it into a blinding combination of unicorn puke pink, purple and pastels. He hated it, he hated each and every bit of it, except the painfully cute new barista whose personality made him seem like he walked straight out of the core of the sun itself.
