"stay away from me" It tried to say it in a stern voice, but it came out weak and quiet. He just kept coming closer, determination clear in his eyes. My back hit the brick wall in the dark ally, I could see my breath in the brisk autumn air, as I was breathing heavily from running for so long. 

My heart beating heavily against my rib cage. He was so close that I could smell his cologne and aftershave. I finally broke the tension between us,  "Hi"   I threw my knee forward and landed it right between his legs. I felt twinge of guilt when he fell to the ground groaning, but he still tried to bite me. So took off trying to find my car, but not before yelling "prick".       

Kyra Spencer just wanted to finish high school like a normal teenager; play softball, get good grades, and have a lot of friends. That's all she wanted, but that all changes when she makes one wrong turn,down one wrong road.
