In the ashes of the war, President Coin demands one final act of vengeance: a Hunger Games made not of district children, but of the Capitol's own.

This is a story based on the hunger games trilogy by Suzanne colins about if Katniss never shot Coin and takes place in the POV of Celestia Snow (President Snows Grandaughter)
