"Well the alpha's and I started getting together to talk about what to do with him. Most didn't care because he was a lion and the figured he was there because he wanted Wallace's group. Well they were right. But because that's what it was they didn't care. But I did. Wallace had always been so much help to me. I was young and new to being a leader. He helped me and I wanted to pay him back so I kept up with him, became his friend. We met to talk about our groups and the alpha trouble maker. Matt is not inherently a bad guy he's just young and wanted a place to call his own. Wallace wouldn't let him in because he was causing trouble. Somewhere along the way things developed. One night he'd come over for dinner on his way home from work. He was helping me wash dishes and teasing me about being overly neat and we just... I don't know who kissed who but we made love. But it wasn't just the once. He kept saying we should stop that I was young enough to be his daughter and that I should find someone better than an old fart like him. But I liked him he was sweet and made me feel special." I wiped my face of the tears and cleared my throat. "Matt challenged him and won. It was a lucky shot. One lucky hit that knocked Wallace back and left him open Matt took his chance and killed him. I want to hate him he killed someone I cared about deeply. But he'd done what was normal for our kind. I can't fault him for following the rules of our own kind."
