But then I heard a narrator - in third person. That's not how this story works.
Now people think I'm trying to be the main character. I'm not.
But if this is a story, and something's wrong with it...
Someone has to fix it.
Even if that someone is me.

↞↞↞♛↠↠↠ Everyone makes at least one mistake in their life; if you don't, you're not human. I just happen to be one of those people who make a lot of mistakes. To start with, there were the Rumours. You know, those things that only powerful people can make up? Yeah. Those. They were the beginning of everything that ever went wrong in my life, but also the thing that led me to the end. It's clearly hard to fall in love with someone when you don't know you're already falling. It's harder to fall in love with someone whom you know wouldn't take the chance of falling in love with you back. I honestly didn't realize how broken I was. I just figured that if I shut all my feelings out that they would go away. They didn't. They came back strong as ever. One hotbox. One secret. Two boys who swore they were straight-until the smoke started messing with more than just their heads. Nic parties hard and lives louder, chasing highs and avoiding anything that feels too real. KT stays lowkey and unreadable, carrying a past he never talks about. They're nothing alike-but something clicks when they end up hotboxing in Nic's car at a random party. It was supposed to be just a vibe. But the more nights they spend together-talking, laughing, sharing things they shouldn't-the harder it gets to ignore the tension in the air. Glances last too long. Touches get bolder.
