The world ended not with fire, but with silence.
Cities crumbled. Nature crept back. And in the ruins, the dead did not stay dead.

Kael, a quiet survivor hardened by loss, trusts only his instincts.
Lara, fierce and stubborn, refuses to let the world strip away her humanity.
Together, they wander through forests, rivers, and the bones of cities-searching for hope in a land crawling with horrors.

But the dead are changing.
Some move in packs. Some hunt with unnatural speed. And some... some remember.

When whispers of a hidden sanctuary reach them-a place untouched by the plague-they must choose: keep running from the dark, or risk everything for the faintest spark of tomorrow.

In a world where laughter feels like betrayal and love is a dangerous luxury, survival is not enough.
They must rediscover what it means to live.

It's been almost a hundred years since Earth's civilizations fell, leaving only ruins and memories. Long before the collapse, they began taking humans, but now, everyone knows who they are and they fear them. The few who manage to return from their captivity tell stories of how these creatures treat humans like animals or children, tending to them like pets or slaves. Most survivors live in hidden cities, avoiding the ancient ruined cities at all costs. But not Jace and his crew. As a group of Stray Humans, they've made the decaying cities their home, roaming the forgotten streets, never staying in one place for long, and bringing all their skills to the table. They are a family, working together to make sure those things, Aliens, never take another human as long as they are near. When the aliens of A.C.R. (Animal Care and Rescue) find a new group of humans wandering the ruins of a large city, they think it will be an easy capture. But they soon learn that these particular humans have more willpower than most. They dodge every trap, disappear around every bend, and even manage to take some of the already captured humans with them. The aliens pity these "little creatures"-they just don't want to leave their home, but Earth is falling apart at the seams, and they are determined to take the stubborn little humans to the safety of one of the mother planets. No matter the cost. Warning - This story may have -Self harm -Rape -Abuse -Suicidal thoughts and actions -Violence and gore -Uncomfortable scenes (If this isn't your first alien pet book, you know what I'm talking about)

He came to the city as just another transfer student. Quiet. Mysterious. Unremarkable. But every step casts a shadow that lingers too long. Every mirror flinches before the reflection moves. And the silence? It watches. Zin believed he walked alone. Until the cards started turning on their own. Until a stranger left behind a message only he could read. There are doors that wait in the dark. And somewhere, one just opened. Synopsis: The world has taken everything from him-his family, his hope, his future. Now, he has returned, no longer just an ordinary teenager, but a shadow quietly weaving the end of all that destroyed him. Behind his silent steps, six figures emerge. Unknown to the world, yet they move-guiding, pressing, and arranging every piece of the plan. The Hanged Man, the judge who weighs truth with a tilted scale. The Emperor, a fragile ruler who hides his wounds behind the crown. Justice, a mute child with an empty gaze. The Devil, a scientist who brews more than just medicine. The Death, a hitman who erases traces in silence. And The Hermit, a middle-aged man who keeps two names within his pendant. They sit with him, never far. One purpose: to bring it all to an end. But when the line between the controller and the controlled begins to blur, one question lingers- Who is truly still sane? ---
