After Alucard, the son of Dracula, defeated his father along with Trevor Belmont and Sypha Belnades, he alone then took his father's castle and made it his sole home to be its guardian from the evils who wanted to take it. 300 years have passed and Alucard has watched Trevor and Sypha become old and die of old age, Alucard wanted to rest for a bit in the caste to clear off his mind but for some reason, the travelling mechanism of the castle somehow malfunctioned and brought the castle along with Alucard to a whole new world, Alucard could tell he's not on Earth anymore but sensed great evil in this world and it looks like it needs to be purged.
