The world fell to pieces during the "Di Vale", a nuclear war eradicating the globe and halving nearly the entire human race, leaving the people left with various mutations and powers. Now the year is 2177, a century has passed since the war and society is split between the Electi, the elites, and the Comodontes, the commoners.

Soro Flores is stuck in the slums, struggling to survive and living with a deep rooted hatred for the system he's trapped in. Living in Valeria, the largest city in this dystopian world, Soro is left with no one but himself after losing his parents and sister at a young age. So, what happens when the very system and government he resents forces him under their command, leaving him with little choice but to behave? Is this his opportunity to take down this corrupt system from within? Perhaps he isn't the only one who wants to change the way their society is run? And why does the commander's son seem to draw him in?
