In the vibrant village of Encanto, every Madrigal family member is gifted with a unique magical power-except Mirabel. But what if the miracle had chosen Mirabel to wield a power no one else could imagine? Instead of no gift, she gains the ability to manipulate the magic of the entire Encanto itself - a power that can either strengthen or unravel their magical home.
As Mirabel struggles to control this overwhelming gift, she inadvertently disrupts the magic that sustains her family and the village. The magic begins to fracture in dangerous ways, forcing Mirabel to confront the true meaning of family, responsibility, and self-acceptance. Can she restore the miracle before it's too late - or will her "gift" become the curse that tears Encanto apart?

Mirabel saw the cracks on that fateful night Antonio got his gift but this time she kept it to herself. She knew how important that candle and its miracle was to her family but she also knew how much they depended on it. She was not about to let the candle flicker out but if it did she would be the one to protect her family. Will her family realize they have pushed away Mirabel in time it will they lose her forever? This is a shorter story and the chapters are shorter than most of my other books. I may rewatch encanto at some point and edit this story to be longer but idk.
