This story is base of the game of "Life is strange and Life is strange: true colors" this is Story about Nathan trying to find simple life and achieving his goal but things turn... "mysterious" when a mystical kitsune fox by the name of "Phoenix" was trying to go back to where she came from but for the time being she'll be Nathan loyal partner no matter. And on top of that Nathan got some mysterious powers that's empath where he can see and feel other peoples emotions but is not gonna be easy but Nathan will keep pushing and won't stop until he mastered this power so much more still ahead of those two.
