When you're restricted to use your power, the burning desire grows even more.
  Omi is a young girl who has the power to fire bend. The only problem is... she's not allowed, she's a slave who works alongside with her family within the walls of the Fire Nation palace. Being still young and naive, she befriends Zuko, the grandson of the Firelord, and while being mistreated by the evil prodigy Azula, she learns more of her firebending and of her past. Her parents are the only ones who love her dearly, but when her mother found out about her firebending it was surprising that she specifically told her never to use it. by the law of the Fire Nation, all slaves who can bend are never allowed to use their power or else fatal consequences can occur, can she keep her firebending a secret? or will she risk her family safety and her own life if anyone finds out? this is a beginning of a story about a young girl facing herself and the world.

Heiza of the Yuyan Archers was trained to be the best of the best. Her father taught her everything she knew so she could protect herself against people. The only thing was that she couldn't actually be apart of the Yuyan Archers because she was a woman. That's where her other job came in to play. Since she was always stuck at home, she decided to try her hand at stealing. Her first few jobs were simple and easy, but she slowly grew to prominence. She had loyal customers who came to her for anything she stole. This was her biggest job yet. One of her loyal customers informed her about something so expensive - so protected - in the Fire Nation Royal Palace. He was willing to pay for it if she could get it for him. If she went through with it, she would be richer than the Earth King - maybe richer than the Fire Lord himself. It was a good thing she was friends with the Fire Nation princess. Heiza decided it was time to catch up with her old friends as a cover for her. If they knew that she was there to steal the royal set of bow and arrows that encased the royal family jewels, she would be dead. What Heiza didn't expect was finding out that Zuko - the Banished Prince - was back and ready to be welcomed at the Palace again. She hadn't planned on him being there at all. But maybe it was all for the better. She could use him in her plan on stealing the bow and arrows. Things seemed to be going well until they all blew up in her face. Heiza didn't expect to catch feelings for the Banished Prince. She didn't expect to actually become friends with the people she was stealing from. And she sure didn't expect any of her lies to become the truth. Heiza's newest job was becoming something she never let happen. And she had no idea how to fix it. OC x ZUKO

Makinota was raised just outside the borders of the Northern Water Tribe for the first seven years of her life. When one day, her parents were killed and she was kidnapped by the Fire Nation. I know, its cliche. But being a mixed-blood bender in the current times, and after almost 100 years of war, all Fire Benders are considered monsters. Even the innocent ones. Makinota is just trying to find her old life. Find her purpose. And most importantly, find who she can really trust. But in the end... aren't we all? (Long chapters and irregular updates. Though, I do update and I will keep going. This book in entirely a fountain of unneeded inspiration I can't put anywhere else, and something I do when I get writers block on everything else. Still, thanks so much for reading!) (UPDADE; I'm trying my hardest to figure this out, but until then it's complete and not going anywhere until I can handle my shit. Love y'all!) {All characters and storylines belong to Michael Dante Dimartino and Bryan Konietzko, I only created Maki and the changes I made to fit her into the story.}
