Steve and Eddie knew each other before the events of season four.

Steve was a high school bully, and Eddie was often the victim to his insults. Despite his crush on the boy, Eddie found ways to defended himself.

After Steve lost his popularity, things changed between them, but inevitably, things got complicated, confusing.

Reunited in the fight against Vecna, many words were left unsaid, but they would talk after it was all over... right?
