Celine Herondale was pregnant with twins when she went to Valentine Morgenstern to ensure she wouldn't lose her children. Valentine experimented on both-Jace with angel blood, and Lyanna with Lilith's blood along with Mikaelson blood. But fear and paranoia began to consume Valentine. Would Lyanna become the new Jonathan? Would she destroy him? Or kill him?
Valentine sent Lyanna to Edom when she was only a baby, where she was raised by Lilith and grew up alongside Jonathan Morgenstern. Years later, Lilith accidentally left a portal open. Lyanna and Jonathan took the chance to leave Edom-and Lilith-for good.
They ended up in New Orleans, where they met the Mikaelson family. There, Lyanna and Jonathan found love and a family with the Mikaelsons. But Jace Herondale and Clary Fairchild discover that their siblings are alive when Lilith attacked the Institute in search of her children.

Valentine Morgensterns' Biggest Mistake
Conell Wolfmoon used to be a mundane orphan, but one that showed quite a lot of potential in martial arts. Conell took as many martial arts classes as possible while maintaining high grades at school. This made him a target for Valentine, who saw Conell as a worthy soldier, kidnapped him, and made him drink from the Mortal Cup. But what Valentine, and even Conell, didn't know, was that Conell had a werewolf ancestor, and the blood that still runs through Conells' veins gives him a gift. He can sense blood connections between people, and can sense if a person has good, or bad intentions. And his eyes also change colour if he is really pissed off. In this world, not only do Shadowhunters have wings, which are hidden under a tattoo until they turn ten, or a few days after a mundane Ascends, but they have secondary genders, like the rest of the Shadow World. Conell presents as an Omega, but is very different from normal Omegas. He acts more like an Alpha, because of the way he grew up. Conell protects Jace from Valentine, and informs him of their lack of blood connection, proving to Jace that he can sense blood connections. And when Conell finds out about Jonathan, he demands that Valentine bring him back immediately, and takes both him and Jace to Magnus, revealing that Magnus is an uncle figure to him, having provided him with a safe place and food several times in the past. How will this affect the timeline? Will Valentine still achieve his goal of summoning Raziel? Or will Conell stop that as well? Read to find out. Jonathan Morgensterns' Twin, Rafe Lightwood.
Rafe Oskar Lightwood neè Morgenstern is the slightly younger, mostly identical twin brother of Jonathan Christopher Morgenstern. Due to how little demon blood he actually has in his system, unlike his twin brother, Rafe was raised alongside Jace Herondale at the Wayland Estate. The demon blood has given Rafe one particular gift though. He can sense blood connections between people. Because of this, both he and Jace know that Jace isn't really Valentines' son, but that doesn't make their bond any less strong. Rafe and Jonathan share a small Mark, which has been on their forearms since birth. This Mark enables them to know how close they are to each other, as well as feel each others' emotions. The closer the twins are to each other, the darker the Mark gets. But this comes with drawbacks. Because of Jonathan being in the Seelie Realm, whenever Rafe gets too worked up and angry, Jonathan feels it and gets angry as well. This results in them both coughing blood until they can calm themselves down. And if one twin dies, the Mark will fade to a silvery scar, but never fully heal beyond that. Due to Ragnor Fell often helping Jocelyn and Clary hide when they are being tracked, and having helped him during his first nasty coughing fit that nearly killed him and Jonathan, Rafe is quite close to Ragnor.
