Neteyam was supposed to die that night on the rocks. Yet he didn't.
Saralyn, a young traveler saved him. She is an outcast, no clan and no belonging. The Sullys do not trust her, but when she is forced to stay with the Metkayina clan and the family, feelings change.
Distrust becomes curiosity and eventually friendship.
Even after the parents warnings the Sully kids don't stay away from her, forming a bond despite their differences.
Neteyam is torn between loyalty towards his parents and their wishes and curiosity and gratitude towards the traveler. When he leans closer into their bond, he threatens to disappoint his parents and duty, but what if he just can't help himself?
- all characters and the world belong to James Cameron, except for Saralyn and her family :)

The Girl Reborn / Neteyam x reader
This story is about a girl, y/n, who was abandoned on Pandora after the war against the sky people and Omatikaya clan after her parents died. She resides in the forest by the Metkayina clan as a human living in a lab built by the sky people. That is until the forest Navi come to the ocean looking for refuge. She meets a sweet male Navi called Neteyam who draws her out of the forest. The war follows Jake Sullys family and y/n is caught in the middle as a way to help the Navi. She hates what the sky people have done to Pandora and cares about the land. Eywa hears her prayers even though she is not Navi. The Navi believe the a person is born twice and Eywa gives her that second chance. I do not own any of the characters other than y/n. I do wish that no one copy this story.Completa

Only 15 chapters but they're long don't worry :) "I'm still alive because I still had things to do, still had people to meet, our Great Mother wished it so much she breathed life back into me. I am still alive so that I could meet you, so that I could love you." For 6 months Neteyam Sully was held by the Spirit Tree of the Metakayina, heart still beating as Eywa slowly healed his body and breathed life back into him. No one knew why or how, but the Great Mother was persistent in saving the boy. 5 years later Neteyam is 20 years old and the threat of humanity lingers once more, but this time, this time they must finish it, once and for all. And it starts with the Kanako clan of the mountains.Completa
