The story should mix drama, thriller, mystery, action, and romance. in third-person limited POV, following Steve as the central figure, but also weaving in supporting characters-Peggy, Howard Stark, the SSR, maybe even early Hydra infiltration, Cold War conspiracies, and a deep romance subplot between Steve and Peggy.
