Dafne Isley was the same age as Eugene Ottinger, but that wasn't the reason why they were inseparable, she could control plants and he could control insects, no one really paid attention to them because their powers weren't cool as the others, so they found each other and became best friends. Wednesday becoming friends with Eugene made Dafne join and save the school too.
After a long summer they were at Nevermore again and then she met Pugsley Addams, perhaps the love of her life? All thanks to Eugene's bad luck.
