The Pillars

In a world where Sephors-fragments of divine power-decide who rules and who kneels, the gods known as the Pillars watch from above, shaping mortals into weapons of their will. To be born without a Sephor is to be nothing.

Yet Kang Ngaret, an ordinary man stripped of power, is the one the Pillars themselves call upon. Again and again, they summon him to rise as one of their own, to claim a throne among the divine. Again and again, he refuses.

Instead, he embraces the abyss. Forged in shadows, he becomes the *Abyss Knight*, a hunter who turns his blade against the corrupted humans who abuse their Sephors-and the very gods who burdened mankind with them.

But how can a man with no power stand against the endless might of Sephors? How can one mortal cut down not only the wicked who rule the earth... but the gods who sit above it?

Whispers name him heretic. Others call him savior. In the end, he will be neither. He will be the abyss that devours gods and men alike.
