Children of the Broken World

Generations after a brutal chemical war shattered the earth, nothing but ruins and few survivors remained. Mara, a fifteen-year-old girl, who spent her entire life alone, refused that the constant threat of death and being on the run, was all life had to offer. While gangs go on killing sprees and others cling to survival, Mara holds onto the idea that people can still come together, rebuild, and make a better world than the one that turned on itself before.
On the way through abandoned cities, dead-lands, and constant danger, trying to find a new life, she slowly encounters teens just like her. Alone and fighting to survive. Together, they will risk everything in search for this new life, or build something entirely new altogether.

This is a definite work in progress - and not to mention my first book on Wattpad. I am also very thankful for any constructive criticism as I am not a completely experienced writer yet and hope to improve. But nonetheless I hope you enjoy my post-apocalyptic/dystopian book!
