Annie ordinary teenager living in New York with her parents, discovers her father's past life.

After a rival mob breaks into her home, everything changes. Her
father - the son who walked away from the family business - makes a desperate choice: send his only daughter to Sicily, into the hands of the very uncle who runs the empire he abandoned.

Now Annie is five thousand miles from home, surrounded by secrets, shadows, and people who will kill for the family name. She's fifteen, and the last thing she wants is to play the role of "mafia princess."
