Licensed Villains
Heroes are kind. Heroes save people. Heroes want to help people no matter what. Heroes are like All Might, smiling regardless of how a tough a fight is. Heroes, Izuku has learned, can also not be heroes at all. One article about a bad hero turns into four articles, then ten, then twenty and soon the whole country is reading about licensed villains playing at savior. Izuku writes them haphazardly, picking heroes whose wrong doings are masked by their fame. That is, until he meets Endeavor. In other words; the one where Izuku sees the fault in the hero system, makes it his mission to fix it with the help of one burnt fire-user vigilante, and eventually finds himself deeper in this mess than he originally planned. -:- Note this is a My Hero Academia fanfiction and any characters or aspects from the anime/manga belong to Kohei Horikoshi. Izuku Midoriya was bullied and looked upon as a waste of space for the majority of his life. It only got worse when everyone found out that he was quirkless. From then on the kind-hearted soul started to turn dark. He was given a chance to redeem himself and with this chance he plans to make Bakugo suffer the same way he made him suffer. This is basically a "what if" story of what would have happened if Izuku had never talked to All Might. This story progresses kind of slowly so it's going to be a bit long.
