The city of Silver Dream offers high tech life but with limited resources, while a plasma enclosed town, called the Terrarium lives in luxury of earthy materials and breathable air.
For an overworked Heimlich, the only escape from reality is his drive to invent new tech from smuggled parts. Then he meets a sibling duo who let him into their secret circle and reveal that The Terrarium people have been lying to them. They have been using Silver Dream resources to better their own lives while neglectfully destroying the atmosphere outside.
And it's now time for payback.
